There are three things that impressed Liz and I about the home we purchased from Ed and Martha. First was the overall design…. It was apparent great care had been taken to create a beautiful Spanish Colonial style home that had all the modern features we required…. architecturally designed to be beautiful yet also practical and comfortable.

The second important concept, is the quality of construction. We have never had an issue with the quality of our home (this) also means the details in the house. The fit and trim in our home is excellent. The design of each room is well thought out and fixtures and cabinetry are esthetically pleasing, highly functional and of excellent quality.

The final concept in buying in a foreign country was the integrity of the people we were doing business with.
